About Me:
I am the COO of RGM Management & Development which is a Building Consulting Company in the Metro Atlanta Area designed to provide customers with the information they need to make a good decision when it comes to their real estate matters.
What is your passion?
To help people avoid big mistakes when it comes to their real estate matters.
What makes my business unique?
We have over fifty years of combined experience in the Construction Industry. This experience spans all aspects of Construction. Our company has been in business for 20 years, 15 of which have been in the Metro Atlanta area.
What business opportunities are you looking for?
People who are engaging in Residential & Commerical Real Estate transcations. Wheter it be pre-purchase, remodeling, pre-development, construction mamagement, and permitting services.
My Big Idea is:
That people will not be taken advantage of when it comes to the quality and condition of the property, or land they are trying to purchase, or purchase property under deceptitive conditions.

about 70% of all people engaging in a real estate transcation get taken advantage of by someone during the process.
Describe Your Favorite Success Story:
We had a client that purchased a property for investment purposes, and after the deed was filed approx. 2 weeks later he received a notice of Abatement from the County saying they were going to destroy the property within 30 days. Were were able to research the property finding out that the property had been sold 4 times under the same pretense. We were able to negotiate with the County Officials, and get the property up to code, so he was able to avoid it being demolished, and he was able to keep his investment. It wasn't cheap for him to do, but he was able to keep it, and he'll be able to still make a profit.

Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Investors, or anyone that knows someone that is interested in purchasing property, or land. If they already own it we can help them maximize the potential of the property.
