I am an organizational improvement specialist for Definity Partners. I am excited to be expanding our business into the Atlanta area, having spent the good majority of 2008 with clients in the greater Atlanta market.

I have a tremendous passion for improving the rate of organizational improvement. Starting with a solution and continuing to refine and develop that idea. That applies whether you are a startup entrepreneur, a multi-billion dollar company, or a non-profit organization. What changes is the dynamics of how the people within the organization foster that development.

We take a very hands on approach to helping the organizations we work with implement solutions to transform the organization. We become true business partners to help our clients overcome their greatest obstacles and allow them to focus on what they have built the business on.

My "Two Cents" (my comment on today's current events)

I am truly excited about the opportunities that today's world affords to all of us, and I think that in 10, 20, 30 years, you need to be able to look back at the younger version of yourself, and be proud of the value you have added to society.
