- Hugh is the President and founder of Financial DNA Resources, based in Atlanta GA. He has 22 years of unique and diverse financial and business advisory experience.
As a Financial Behavior Consultant, Hugh provides wealth mentoring, education and facilitation services to help people balance their life and money through greater human behavioral awareness, and thereby build a quality life.
Hugh works with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business executives and youths from all over the world on a 1:1 basis or in groups. In his work, he seeks to give every person the experience and framework on an on-going basis to live from the inside-out and thereby improve the integration of their behavior, relationships, life purpose and finances.
He is passionate about liberating, guiding, and educating many people from around the world of all ages, cultures and levels of wealth to reach their maximum potential in life by firstly having a greater understanding of who they are.
Hugh is a recognized international speaker on topics which relate behavior to wealth creation and business, having presented at many industry events around the world.
He is the author of a book "Financial DNA - Discover Your Unique Financial Personality for a Quality Life", published by John Wiley & Sons in February 2006, and a range of other books on the applications of human behavior to wealth creation and business.
He is also the President of the Coddington Group, a financial services business for families which he founded in March 1996. He is also a director of RightPath Resources, Inc a worldwide provider of human behavioral solutions for talent and leadership development.
Hugh's educational and professional background includes a BComm (Accounting and Finance) from UNSW, he is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the US Financial Planning Association, and he has a Diploma in Financial Planning. Hugh worked with Arthur Andersen for 10 years in Sydney, Singapore and Thailand in the tax division before founding the Coddington Group, and later Financial DNA Resources. He has significant commercial and business experience through the provision of a broad range of financial advisory, financial product packaging, capital raising and business consulting services.
Hugh is on the Atlanta Board of Entrepreneur's Organization, a worldwide forum for business founders and is involved in other not-for profit activities related to youth development.
